Connectuate has introduced a series of thoughtful Marketplace App Review updates designed to improve authenticity, streamline access, and provide fairer, installation-based limits. These changes make ratings more reliable and representative of real user experiences.
Broader Access: Agency admins can now post reviews across any sub-account without access barriers.
Flexible Ratings: Leave a rating without being required to add review text.
Extended Timeframe: Ratings can be left anytime during app usage, plus within 15 days of uninstall.
Authenticity First: Sandbox and test account reviews are no longer accepted.
Balanced Feedback: Reviews are now tied to installations, not individual users, preventing skewed data.
Agency admins now enjoy frictionless access—able to leave reviews on any sub-account without prior restrictions.
Users can choose to rate an app without being required to write additional text. This reduces friction and increases participation.
You can now review anytime during an app’s usage. Even if uninstalled, reviews are valid within 15 days after removal.
By eliminating sandbox/test account reviews, Connectuate ensures the Marketplace reflects real-world experiences only.
Instead of one review per user, the system now allows one review per installation—per agency for agency-targeted apps and per sub-account for sub-account apps.
