2. What happens to my Teaching Matrix subscription?
There’s no need to update or make any changes to your subscription. We’re automatically moving all active Teaching Matrix subscribers to Connectuate’s Membership plan.
3. Will my pricing change with the move to Connectuate?
No, your pricing will remain the same as your current Teaching Matrix plan. This transition is designed to enhance your experience without any additional cost.
4. What steps do I need to take?
All you need to do is fill out a short form to activate your new Connectuate account. After you complete the form, we’ll take care of the rest.
5. Do I need to cancel my Teaching Matrix account?
No, you don’t need to cancel anything. We’ll handle all account transfers and retire your old account on Teaching Matrix once you’re set up on Connectuate.
